HATHA YOGA - Basics

Hatha Yoga is where it all begins. Gentle. Intentional. Powerful. This ancient practice invites you to slow down, listen within, and find your natural rhythm through breath and movement. Whether you’re brand new to the mat or simply seeking a deeper connection to your practice - this is your space. Your pace. Your beginning.

POWER UP 60 3.0

PowerUp 60 3.0 is a 35-day elite-level program built for those who’ve done the groundwork and are ready to dominate. With a smart mix of Upper, Lower, Core, Full Body, and Recovery days, this plan pushes intensity, demands consistency, and rewards you with visible strength and performance gains.

SCULPT

Sculpt is a dynamic 6-day-a-week intermediate program designed to help you build muscle, shed fat, and tone your body with the perfect balance of power and precision. Get stronger, leaner, and more defined with a mix of Strength & Pilates.

GO HYBRID

GO HYBRID is an intermediate level program built to challenge limits and to burn fats and build muscle with a right structure, it blends the best of strength, endurance, and conditioning to unlock your full potential.

BUILDING BASICS

This 30-day workout plan is tailored for complete beginners looking to gradually build strength, endurance, stamina and mobility. Starting with 15-minute workouts and progressing to 40-minute sessions, we will use light weight dumbbells to learn and master the movements.

POWER UP 60

Strength movements and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). This program targets every muscle group with unique workouts and maximizing muscle growth and strength.

BALANCE - FLOOR PILATES

BALANCE - FLOOR PILATES This Pilates Program is designed to take you from beginner to intermediate level with clear, step-by-step guidance. Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to progress, this program will help you build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance body awareness.

Begin your fitness journey with the right intention and gain the correct knowledge while moving.
