How is this different from a nutrition plan offered at the gym?
Most gym plans are "PDF-and-forget" a static sheet of paper that doesn't account for your life outside the weight room. We provide a living, breathing partnership with 1:1 human coaching, daily WhatsApp access, and education that adapts when your life gets messy.
Will you provide workouts with the program?
Yes. You get a 12-week premium subscription to the Evolvx App, giving you access to over 600+ workouts. Whether you are at a world-class gym or in a hotel room with zero equipment, we have a plan for you.
What if I have tried transformation programs and dropped out before?
Most programs lack the accountability needed to cross the finish line. With weekly video calls and direct messaging, we provide the human anchor to keep you moving forward when motivation fades.
Will I have to give up on my favorite foods?
No. Sustainability is our core pillar. If you can’t eat the foods you love, you won’t stay consistent. We teach you how to integrate your favorite meals into your macros so you can see results without the misery.
Will I have to take supplements?
Supplements are optional, not a requirement. Our focus is on whole-food nutrition and sustainable habits. If your specific goals or health needs suggest a supplement, your nutritionist will discuss it with you, but we don't sell "magic pills."
Do I need to track everything I eat and drink?
In the beginning, tracking is our most powerful diagnostic tool—it’s how we find the "why" behind your current results. However, our ultimate goal is Education for Autonomy, teaching you the skills to eventually eat intuitively without needing an app forever.
Can I do this from anywhere?
Absolutely. Our program is 100% digital. Whether you’re at home, in the office, or halfway across the world, your nutritionist and your workout library are right in your pocket.
Regular travel is a hindrance for my transformation. What solution do you have for it?
Travel is where we shine. You’ll receive our consistent travel guide, which includes specific strategies for dining out, hotel-room workouts, and "on-the-go" macro hacks. Plus, you can WhatsApp your nutritionist for a menu review before you even order.
How fast will I see results?
Most clients feel a difference in energy, mindset and routine within the first 7–10 days. Physical changes typically become visible within 3–4 weeks. Remember: we aren't looking for short-term results; we are building a 12-weeks foundation for a lifetime of health.
I have one or more medical conditions. Is it okay for me to take up this program?
Safety is our priority. While our nutritionists are highly qualified, we recommend consulting your doctor before starting any new fitness or nutrition program. We are happy to work alongside your medical provider’s recommendations to ensure your plan is safe and effective.
